Me, Myself & I

My Name is Tom, I'm a web designer living & working in Norfolk. I speak in plain english, avoid buzzwords and make sure that you have the knowledge to make your website thrive.

I have over 15 years of digital media experience, with the last 5 of those involving Online Retail (E-commerce), Web Design, Web Development and Print Design.

I like to keep things friendly and informal, often having meetings in a cafe with a cup of coffee & a slice of cake.

Individual vs Company

So why work with an individual rather than a large company?
When dealing with a large company, the person you speak to on the phone, or meet face to face, will not be the Web Designer, the Web Developer, the person that edits the text or does the online research. When you work with work with me, there is no room for communication break down or misinterpretation.

I work with you in a creative and professional partnership to enhance your ideas and make them a reality. Have a look at the testimonials page to see what some of my clients have said about working with me.

Remember, there are no such things as magic beans when it comes to SEO or web design!

Keeping it Local and Respecting the Environment

Wherever possible in both my working and home life, I believe in using and supporting local Norfolk businesses. By trying to use as many local companies and suppliers as possible, I have gained a wealth of local knowledge that can be used extensively when working on many websites.

I try to recycle as much as possible & use recycled materials when appropriate. I rarely print any documents and try to maintain an electronic office at all times. This means that I use significantly less paper in my everyday life and when possible, I also prefer to receive payments by online transfer. By paying online, you further help to save paper & petrol as a payment cheque often means making a special trip to the bank.

Many of my existing clients operate in ways that are sensitive to the environment, some of them even taking part in carbon offsetting schemes. Even if we just do a little to help the environment, we can help make it greener & more sustainable.
